Storage & Transportation Solution

We have developed variety of transportation trolleys for powder coated parts. Each trolley is carefully designd & developed to ensure there are no damages during transportation. Each trolley is uniquely designed as per customers requirement. Rubber parts, HDPE pipes, Nylon Rods Rubber sheets are used at appropriate places to ensure no scratches during transport.

We are also developing in house transport trolley to carry finish goods on assembly line. Trolleys are manufactured using right section, properly reinforced with cross members . PU wheels of appropriate capacity are used. Those PU wheels are safe to use on Painted shop floor. Wheels are provided with breaks for safety.

We have also developed Steel Skids for radiator handling as a substitute to wooden packing boxes. Those skids are found very much economical & safe during transit. There are distinct advantage that those can be reused & also protect the environment as there is no wood used.
